This was booked at such short notice, they accommodates us despite beng overwhelmed because of a power outage in the city. They were very apologetic for the delay and provided an upgrade to compensate.

Best hotel in Iloilo

The staff were friendly and extra considerate. The room was clean and very comfortable. There are also lots of lobbies around to just sit and relax. I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Iloilo including the so called top hotels and I will only be staying at citadines Amigo from now on. Fantastic and see you again soon.

The pool is a little small but I'm being ultra critical here. In reality it's a fantastic hotel.

In unserem Zimmer fließt Wasser, wir haben die Rezeption informiert weil so viel geregnet hat, das wurde nur ignoriert das Telefon hat auch nicht funktioniert und einen Techniker war vor Ort aber er hat das Problem nicht eingelöst, er hat gesagt er kommt wieder, wir haben aber seine Schatten nicht mehr gesehen und von Rezeption kommt auch keine Rückmeldung ob das Telefon noch repariert wird. Unfassbar ️

Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Gott sei Dank gibt es einen Supermarkt im Gebäude. Die Küche war okay.
